Your Role:

You’ll be speaking with men who are in a marriage crisis and are looking for someone to show them how to keep their family together.

You’ll be checking to see if they are a good fit, and if so, you’ll book a call to speak with a coach.

You’ll be given a script and the criteria, then you get to be a human and connect with men in need, and be the lifeline they are looking for.

Performance Targets:

You’ll get 100+ fresh leads per day and will be expected to:

70+ Dials / Day (that number fluctuates depending on pickups)
Minimum of 1 qualified appointment set per day
5 Kept appointments per week
75% show-up rate (that’s our current)
Log results daily and work closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality


Compensation (In USD) - (Week 1 includes $250 training pay)

*This is a commission-only role*

$100 per kept call
Bonus of $50-$200 for every closed sale
Weekly and monthly incentives for top performers and team goals being met

OTE - The lowest performer on our team makes $2600 USD / Month and a top performer can make over $6500 + incentives

*Paid every Monday (Wise or Paypal)

Job Requirements

1+ years experience working from home AND US business hours
US EST Hours: 10am to 7pm (with a 1-hour break)
Accent Neutral
3+ years of appointment setting or equivalent outbound calling experience
CRM experience (GHL, Hubspot, or similar)
No part-time job allowed
Organized, reliable, and proactive in managing follow-ups
