JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Admin & Social Media Assistant to support the Managing Director, Aaron. This remote role is ideal for someone with a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and strong experience in admin, outreach, and digital content creation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach

Research and build a lead list of potential customers, including property managers and local businesses.

Draft and send email outreach campaigns in a warm, professional tone, written as if from Aaron.

Track performance and support follow-ups to secure appointments and conversations.


Website & CRM Support

Update website content to keep information accurate and aligned with current services.

Support file organisation, customer communication, and digital job records using internal systems.


Social Media & Marketing

Create and schedule regular content across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Manage comments and direct messages, keeping engagement professional and helpful.

Adjust strategy based on performance insights and feedback from Aaron.


Graphic Design

Use Canva or similar tools to design content for social media, website, and marketing.

Maintain consistent branding and tone of voice across all visual materials.


Administrative Support

Manage scheduling, email correspondence, and appointment confirmations.

Help organise internal documents, customer files, and team communication.

Skills & Qualifications

Excellent written and spoken English.

Experience in admin, marketing, or social media roles (1–2 years minimum preferred).

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Proficient in Canva, WordPress, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.

Comfortable working independently and reporting directly to a business owner.

Interest in the trades or home services industry is a bonus.
