Position Overview
We're seeking a talented Freelance Graphic Designer for ongoing, casual design work. This is a flexible, project-based role perfect for an experienced designer who understands both digital marketing and e-commerce design principles.

*CRITICAL: Email Design Expertise Required

Minimum 2+ years of email design experience (newsletters, promotional emails, automated sequences)
Expert understanding of web design principles including responsive design, HTML/CSS basics

Understanding of email deliverability best practices

*Core Design Skills

Product packaging design for physical products

Social media graphics (Facebook, Instagram posts/stories)
Digital advertising design (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)

*Technical Requirements

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Experience with Canva Pro or similar platforms
Basic understanding of print production processes
