YOU’RE BUILT FOR THIS ROLE IF:

• You’ve worked in accounting, lead generation, or operations.
• You can manage massive volumes of data with precision and calm.
• You don’t need micromanagement. You need clarity — and then you move.

YOUR DAILY FOCUS
• Build & Clean Prospect Lists: Research companies, contacts, and leads.
• Segment & Tag CRM Data: Label leads as TOFU/MOFU/BOFU, update status and notes.
• Manage Outbound Flow: Use prewritten emails + LinkedIn messages, manage inbox replies.
• Support Sales Operations: Track campaigns, build dashboards, analyze performance.
• Document & Report: Create reports, dashboards, and live metrics from lead activity.

TOOLS YOU’LL USE
• Spreadsheets: You must be fluent in Excel & Google Sheets. Bonus if you can build:
• Dashboards
• Automation formulas
• Pivot tables
• Visual reports
• Email Tools: Instantly, Gmail, Gmass
• CRM Systems: HubSpot, EspoCRM, Airtable
• AI Tools: (Optional) You’ll be trained on Auralith for data acceleration and enrichment

COMPENSATION
• 15,000 - 25,000/month base salary
• $200 commission per sale
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): ?50,000–?80,000/month
• Paid national holidays
• Bonuses for top performance


ROLE REQUIREMENTS
• 40–45 hours/week (Full-time, no side clients)
• Must have experience with spreadsheets and data work
• Strong written English (for messages and internal updates)
• Reliable internet + backup connection
• You must be comfortable working alone and managing your own time
• You’re not afraid of volume — this is a workhorse role with high growth potential
