Hello there,
I am looking for a skilled and motivated Virtual Assistant to help manage and grow my Amazon FBA business. We will start part-time, and if you perform well and contribute to making the store profitable, this can turn into a full-time, long-term position.
Responsibilities:
Perform online and wholesale arbitrage to source profitable products, analyzing market competition. And identifying trends to support.
Conduct product research and identify winning products using tools like SellerAmp, Helium 10, Keepa, Buybot Pro, SEO, etc.
Manage product listings to ensure accurate details, keywords, and inventory levels.
Identify slow-moving inventory and implement strategies to improve sales.
Handle supplier collaboration and negotiation to secure the best deals.
Manage order processing, repricing, and data entry.
Resolve issues such as stranded inventory, ungating brands/categories, and fixing listing errors.
Monitor and respond to customer
Assist with inventory management and replenishment planning.
Requirements & Skills:
Experience in Amazon FBA store management (preferably both OA & wholesale).
Ability to ungate products/brands and navigate Amazon’s approval process.
Strong negotiation and communication skills with suppliers.
Proficiency with SellerAmp, Helium 10, Keepa, and other Amazon tools.
Fast learner with strong attention to detail.
Good English communication skills (written & verbal).
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
