We are a fast-growing dropshipping business and are looking for an experienced Email Marketer who knows how to build and optimize high-converting email flows using Klaviyo.

Your Responsibilities:
- Build, test and optimize email flows and automations in Klaviyo.
- Plan and execute high-performing email campaigns with a sales-driven mindset.
- Analyse performance metrics (open rate, CTR, revenue per recipient) and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with our team to align email strategy with product tests and launches.

Your Profile:
- Solid experience in Klaviyo, including flow logic, segmentation, and A/B testing.
- Proven success with email funnels in the e-commerce or dropshipping space.
- Data-driven and detail-oriented approach to copy, timing, and structure.
- Able to work independently and manage workflows without constant supervision.
- Fluent in English (written communication is key).

Compensation:
Flat salary + % of the revenue generated through your emails (your performance directly increases your pay.)
