Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled LinkedIn Recruiter Seat expert who understands how to effectively
use LinkedIn Recruiter tools to identify, engage, and pipeline top legal talent. The ideal candidate will
have hands-on legal recruiting experience, familiarity with practice areas, and the ability to generate
strong attorney candidate flows across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Expertly utilize LinkedIn Recruiter Seat to source attorneys, partners, associates, and legal staff.
• Develop targeted Boolean searches and advanced filtering strategies to identify top-tier legal
candidates.
• Build and manage talent pipelines across multiple practice areas and geographic regions.
• Write engaging and professional InMail messages to maximize candidate response rates.
• Collaborate with recruiters to align search strategies with client needs.
• Provide insights on market trends, talent availability, and competitive intelligence in the legal
sector.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate outreach and activity within LinkedIn Recruiter projects.
Qualifications
• Proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter Seat (not just basic LinkedIn or Recruiter Lite).
• Legal recruitment experience required – understanding of law firms, practice areas, and
attorney career paths.
• Strong knowledge of Boolean search, sourcing strategies, and LinkedIn analytics.
• Excellent written communication skills for candidate outreach.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Prior experience with recruitment agencies, search firms, or in-house law firm
recruiting preferred.
