JOB OVERVIEW

Location: Remote (Philippines) • Schedule: Full-time, Mon–Fri, some overlap with US Eastern Time (at least 4 hours/day)
Comp: Competitive monthly salary (PHP) + performance bonus + paid PH & select US holidays

We help US-based small businesses grow through paid social, email/SMS, funnels, and content. You’ll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of US clients—running calls, uncovering insights, and writing conversion-focused copy (ads, emails, landing pages, scripts). Clear, accent-neutral American-style English and confident on-camera communication are musts.

What You’ll Do
- Lead client calls (Zoo ---------- et): discovery, weekly/bi-weekly check-ins, performance reviews, next-step alignment.
- Write persuasive copy across channels: Paid ads (Meta/YouTube/Google), Email & SMS sequences (nurtures, promos, win-backs), Landing pages / funnels (opt-ins, webinars, offers) and Short scripts & hooks for video/UGC.

Must-Haves
- Clear, neutral American accent and excellent spoken English (client-facing).
- Comfortable on video calls and presenting strategy to executives/owners.
- Reliable home setup: quiet workspace, stable internet (?25 Mbps down / ?10 Mbps up)
- Tools: Google Docs/Sheets/Slides, Slack, Zoom. (Nice-to-have: GoHighLevel/Meta/Google Ads.)
