AI Content & Omnipresence Creator (Full-Time) – 3+ Posts/Day Across Multiple Platforms

We’re looking for a full-time AI Content Creator who lives and breathes short-form video, AI tools, and omnipresence marketing.

This is not a “post some Canva graphics” role.
This is about owning content creation from strategy ? script ? video ? publishing ? performance tracking.

You’ll work directly with me (CEO/Founder) to take our offers (AI SaaS, website packages, coaching) and turn them into high-converting content that feels like selling water in the desert.

Your mission: 3+ high-quality posts every single day across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Facebook — content that gets attention, builds trust, and drives sales.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Content Creation: Own content from strategy ? scripting ? editing ? posting.

Video First: Repurpose my raw videos into Reels/Shorts, and also create AI avatar content when I don’t record.

AI Toolstack: Use CapCut, Descript, HeyGen, Synthesia, Runway, Canva, etc. to produce content fast.

Copywriting for Conversion: Write hooks, captions, and CTAs that drive SME owners (US/EU) to take action.

Omnipresence Execution: Publish daily on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

Engagement & Funnel Alignment: Monitor comments/DMs, and align content with our AI CRM (GlobalScale AI).

Performance Tracking: Deliver a weekly report on reach, engagement, leads, and sales impact.

Requirements

Proven track record creating short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) that performs.

Experience using AI video tools (HeyGen, Synthesia, Runway, Descript, or similar).

Strong copywriting skills (hooks, CTAs, captions for conversion).

Creativity + speed: Able to ideate, edit, and publish daily without hand-holding.

Experience with multiple platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook).

Bonus: Experience aligning content with CRM funnels (GoHighLevel/GlobalScale AI or similar).
