Key Responsibilities
? Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospects and clients, focusing on driving
sales and conversions.
? Present, promote, and sell products/services using persuasive communication and solid
knowledge of the offerings.
? Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
? Document call details, sales progress, and client information accurately through data
entry systems.
? Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
? Provide support in analyzing products (Amazon product analysis is a plus, not
mandatory).
? Follow communication scripts and adapt to customer needs when necessary.

Qualifications
? Proven sales skills, with a strong ability to close deals over the phone.
? Prior experience in call support, telemarketing, or inside sales.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
? Detail-oriented and efficient in data entry.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
? Experience with Amazon product analysis is a plus.
? Goal-driven, proactive, and adaptable to different sales situations.
