General Virtual Assistant (Remote)

About the Role:
We are looking for a General Virtual Assistant who is highly trainable and eager to grow with us. The work you’ll do will be very specific to our internal processes and tools, so we don’t expect you to come in knowing it all. Instead, we’re looking for someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn, and we’ll provide the training you need during onboarding.

This role involves supporting our team in administrative tasks, CRM-related work, and other business processes. Experience with Customer Relationship Management systems is a plus, and familiarity with Kartra would be an advantage, but neither is required.

Compensation:
- USD: $500 – $650/month (approx. $2.80 – $3.75/hour)
- AUD: A$765 – A$995/month (approx. $4.29 – $5.74/hour)
Final offer will depend on evaluation of skills and experience fit.

Requirements:
- Must provide own computer and internet connection.
- Able to work from 09h00 to 18h00 AEST, Monday to Friday (with flexibility).
- Must be organized, self-motivated, and proactive in communication.
