What You’ll Do

Proactively initiate and manage DM conversations with prospective clients using proven scripts and personalized messaging.
- Qualify Leads:
Identify high-quality leads, qualify them based on their goals and challenges, and smoothly transition them to the next stage of our sales process.
- Build Relationships:
Foster meaningful connections by showing empathy, understanding their pain points, and highlighting how our coaching program can address their needs.
- Hit Targets:
Consistently meet or exceed performance-based targets for qualified appointments booked.
- Train Daily:
Participate in daily training sessions to sharpen your skills, improve performance, and stay aligned with our company goals.
- Collaborate:
Actively engage in tea ---------- etings, sharing insights and contributing to our supportive, high-energy company culture.
- Track and Report:
Maintain accurate records of conversations, performance metrics, and follow-up actions.

Proven track record in DM setting within the high-ticket coaching industry. Fitness industry experience is a bonus!
