We’re looking for a Customer Happiness Manager to help us respond to

• Reply to customer and subscriber
• Prioritise paid clients over general subscribers if inbox is busy.
• Liaise with our tech support partner if issues are flagged, making sure clients feel looked after while solutions are found.
• Follow up with customers to ensure they’re happy and everything is on track.

Requirements
• Excellent written English (clear, friendly, supportive).
• Experience in customer support or VA roles.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and fast response times.
• Able to follow scripts but also use good judgment when needed.
• Self-motivated and trustworthy.
