Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Virtual Assistant (Cold Caller) to join our team. This individual will be responsible for initiating contact with multifamily property owners to determine if they are open to discussing the potential sale of their property. The ideal candidate is comfortable on the phone, professional, persistent, and has excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound cold calls to multifamily property owners using provided scripts.
Introduce our company and explain our interest in their property in a professional manner.
Build rapport with property owners and gather preliminary property information.
Determine interest level in selling and set appointments for follow-up calls with the Managing Director.
Accurately record all conversations, notes, and updates in CRM systems (e.g., Podio, HubSpot, or similar).
Follow up with property owners as needed to nurture leads.
Handle objections effectively and professionally.
Meet daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.
Qualifications
Experience:
Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or real estate acquisitions preferred.
Experience in real estate (multifamily) is a plus but not required.
Skills:
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professionalism.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems.
Requirements:
Quiet work environment and reliable internet connection.
Fluent in English (clear and professional speaking voice).
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
