About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Appointment Setter to handle Instagram outreach and start conversations with clothing brand owners. Your job is to spark real, human conversations — not spam — and hand off warm replies for calls.
You’ll be following a proven outreach system with Loom trainings, a Notion CRM, and clear daily KPIs.
What You’ll Do
Find qualified clothing brands on Instagram using hashtags, competitors, and ad library.
Send 20–30 quality DMs/day + casual story replies/comments.
Follow up with prospects (Day 1 / 4 / 7 system).
Log all leads in Notion with notes and status updates.
Hand off warm convos to me once they mention struggles, growth, or systems.
Must-Haves
Previous experience in Instagram DM outreach, appointment setting, or lead generation.
Excellent written English with a natural, casual tone.
Ability to follow SOPs, stay consistent, and hit daily targets.
Reliable internet + able to record Looms.
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with ecommerce / clothing brands.
- Experience with CRMs (Notion, Trello, Airtable, etc).
Hours & Pay
- Starting at 10–15 hours per week (2–3 hours/day).
- Base rate $2–5/hour.
- Bonuses for qualified calls booked, show-ups, and closes.
