Web & Graphic Designer – Contract (20 hrs/week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Web & Graphic Designer to join our team on an initial 3-month contract. This role is perfect for someone who has both strong WordPress/Elementor skills and a good eye for clean, modern design. You’ll be working on projects in the events industry, creating polished websites and marketing materials that reflect the energy and professionalism of live experiences.

Responsibilities

Redesign, update, and maintain our WordPress website (Elementor required)

Ensure the website is professional, polished, and user-friendly

Design marketing assets such as PDFs, brochures, branding materials, and digital ads

Support email campaigns (Mailchimp/Campaigner) with attractive layouts

Collaborate with the team and contribute creative ideas that enhance the attendee/partner experience

Qualifications

Proven experience with WordPress + Elementor

Strong graphic design skills with a clean, professional style

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic PHP

A portfolio showcasing professional web and graphic design projects

Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines

Excellent communication skills in English
