We are looking for a creative storyteller who can write engaging scripts, source relevant footage, and edit high-retention videos for an animal-focused YouTube channel. The role involves researching animal topics, crafting captivating scripts, finding quality video clips, and producing edits that keep viewers hooked from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
• Research assigned animal topics and create engaging scripts in clear, fluent English.
• Write scripts that prioritize audience retention with strong hooks and a natural story flow.
• Source high-quality, copyright-safe video clips to match the script (from stock libraries, public domain, or creative commons).
• Edit long form (around 20 minute) YouTube videos using sourced footage.
• Add AI-generated voiceovers (we use ElevenLabs) to narrate clips.
• Include music, sound effects, and captions to match the tone and energy of the content.
• Deliver polished, ready-to-upload videos.

Requirements:
• Strong English writing skills for scripting and storytelling.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Ability to source relevant, high-quality video clips independently.
• Strong sense of pacing and audience engagement for YouTube content.
• Good communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Previous YouTube experience (animal/nature topics preferred) is a big plus.
