About Us

We are in the process of launching a Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) and Occupational Therapy (OT) practice. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, compassionate therapy services to children and families. To ensure a smooth and compliant launch, we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented professional who can conduct in-depth research, compile organized information, and support administrative and enrollment processes.

Position Overview

The role combines research, documentation, and administrative support. You will be responsible for investigating requirements, organizing findings into usable resources, and assisting with the paperwork and processes required to get our therapy business operational. This role is ideal for someone who is resourceful, detail-driven, and comfortable working flexible hours on an as-needed basis.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth research on:

State and DHS requirements for therapy businesses.

Provider enrollment and credentialing (Medicaid/MA, commercial insurance, etc.).

Billing codes, reimbursement rates, and compliance standards for SLP/OT.

Compile research findings into organized checklists, guides, and reports.

Assist with preparing and submitting enrollment applications.

Track documents, deadlines, and application statuses.

Draft and organize SOPs, templates, and forms to support operations.

Provide clear summaries and recommendations to leadership.

Support other administrative and scheduling tasks related to business setup.

Qualifications

Strong research and writing skills with ability to distill complex information into simple, actionable steps.

Experience in healthcare administration, credentialing, or compliance (preferred).

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) or Microsoft Office.

Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently.

Familiarity with SLP/OT or therapy business operations is a plus.

Compensation & Hours

Hourly / Contract-based – flexible and cost-friendly.

Hours may vary depending on deadlines and workload.

Pay rate based on experience and efficiency.

Opportunity for expanded hours or long-term support as the business grows.
