Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to help manage the day-to-day operations of our farm and transportation business. This is a part-time (Temp) role (20 hours/week) with the potential to become full-time. You will be the main point of contact for all office-related tasks, including client communication, social media, bookkeeping (QuickBooks), and marketing.
This can become a long-term opportunity for someone looking to grow with a stable and expanding company.
Work Schedule:
Part-Time (Temp): 20 hours per week
Days: Monday to Friday only (No weekends!)
Time: 9am CST- 1pm CST
Potential to become Full-Time based on performance
Starting Salary:
•$3.25 USD/hour
•$0.50/hour raise after 60 days based on performance
•Paid bi-weekly via PayPal
Main Responsibilities:
Executive & Administrative Tasks:
•Manage and schedule meetings, appointments, and reminders
•Return, organize, and follow up on
•Handle contract preparation and communication
•Assist with all office operations (you’ll be our main office support!)
Client Outreach & Closing:
•Reach out to new and potential clients via
•Follow up on leads consistently
•Help draft and close contracts with clients
•Keep track of client records and pipeline
Social Media Management:
•Create and schedule engaging posts (Instagram,
•Respond to comments and messages
•Help grow online presence and brand awareness
•Use Canva or similar tools for graphics (preferred)
Bookkeeping / QuickBooks:
•Record daily income and expenses
•Send and follow up on invoices
•Basic reconciliation and financial reporting
•Track receipts and maintain organized records
Qualifications:
•Must have excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
•Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software
•Strong organizational and time management skills
•Knowledge of social media marketing and tools like Canva
•Proactive and able to work with little supervision
•Must have reliable internet and your own computer
