Role Overview:

As our Product & Business Strategy Lead, you will:

Define and prioritize the platform roadmap for maximum impact.

Identify opportunities for growth, outreach, and engagement.

Analyze metrics and feedback to guide product decisions.

Work closely with the tech team to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Who We’re Looking For:

Passionate about mental health, social impact, and tech-driven solutions.

Experience in product management, business strategy, or growth for digital platforms.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Self-starter, able to work independently in a small, fast-moving team.

Bonus: Experience with NGOs, community programs, or volunteer-driven projects.
