Job Title: Remote Appointment Setter – Solar & Energy Efficiency

About the Role:
The Green Plug is looking for experienced appointment setters to join our remote team. You’ll be speaking with U.S. homeowners, introducing our solar and energy efficiency services, and booking qualified appointments for our sales consultants.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to homeowner leads (data provided)
Follow up with warm leads and inbound inquiries
Qualify prospects and schedule appointments
Record notes and track leads in our CRM

Requirements:
Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
Previous BPO, call center, or sales experience required
Comfortable with outbound calling and objection handling
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace

Compensation:
Base Pay + Commission
Base: $4–$6 USD/hour (depending on experience)
Commission: $10–$20 USD per qualified appointment that sits, plus bonuses for closed deals
Earning Potential: $800–$1,200+ USD per month (base + commission)
