Romanticize Collective is a new lifestyle subscription box brand rooted in the idea of romanticizing the everyday, spreading joy, and staying present. Each box features curated products and experiences designed to elevate daily rituals. We are seeking a highly organized Supplier Sourcing, Logistics & Project Manager to lead procurement, vendor coordination, and logistics for our launch box. This role combines sourcing expertise with end-to-end project management to ensure our supply chain and packaging operations run smoothly and on time.

Responsibilities
Product & Supplier Sourcing

Research and identify suppliers (Alibaba, Global Sources, or direct manufacturers) for ~12 unique lifestyle/gift items.

Obtain quotes, samples, and negotiate pricing, MOQs, and lead times.

Evaluate suppliers for reliability, quality, and communication.

Procurement & Vendor Coordination

Secure purchase orders and manage timelines for all sourced products.

Coordinate with packaging manufacturers for custom subscription box design (exterior, inserts, and branded collateral).

Source and recommend partners for box assembly/kitting, printing, and fulfillment.

Logistics & Project Management

Build and maintain a detailed project timeline, tracking all supplier and vendor deliverables.

Follow up with suppliers/vendors to ensure on-time delivery and resolve delays.

Track shipments, manage landed cost analysis, and maintain clear communication on product status.

Prepare weekly progress updates and risk assessments for leadership.

Anticipate challenges and propose solutions proactively.


Qualifications
Proven experience in sourcing/procurement (Alibaba or similar) and coordinating with overseas vendors.

Strong project management skills — able to create timelines, track tasks, and manage multiple moving parts.

Familiarity with subscription boxes, consumer product goods, or e-commerce supply chains is a plus.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Highly detail-oriented, self-starter, and comfortable owning results end-to-end.
