We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to support our small business. This position starts at 5 hours per week and may grow into more hours over time as responsibilities expand. Your main tasks include:
QuickBooks support: Log in, attach receipts to transactions, and keep our financial records organized.
Website blog posting: Upload pre-written blog articles to our website (Wix). Ensure formatting, links, images, and basic SEO are correct.
Facebook
Nextdoor posting: Share business updates or posts on our Nextdoor account to engage local neighborhoods.
Google Business Profile: Post updates, add photos, respond to reviews, and help keep business details current.
Outreach to local businesses: Use the company
Requirements:
Based in the Philippines with reliable internet connection.
Must be proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking.
Familiarity with QuickBooks (experience preferred).
Comfortable using WordPress or similar platforms.
Experience managing
Ability to use Nextdoor and Google Business tools effectively.
Strong attention to detail and professional communication skills.
Hours & Schedule:
Approximately 5 hours per week to start. May grow into more hours depending on performance and business needs.
Pay:
Starting at $7 USD per hour (5 hours/week = about $140 per month). Additional hours and pay growth are possible over time.
