Go High Level Automation & Integration Specialist (Project-Based)

???? Job Post: Go High Level Expert – Full System Setup & Integration

We are consolidating our entire business tech stack into Go High Level (GHL) and need a skilled expert to set it all up in the background before launch.

We run a multi-disciplinary allied health business (Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Dietetics, Pre-Employment Medicals, Group Programs) and are transitioning ALL communication and lead management workflows into GHL.

???? Scope of Work

You will be responsible for setting up and testing the full GHL system, including:

Communication & Automations

Incoming phone call automations (integrating with Synthflow AI for smart routing)

Incoming WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Google Business messages ? into GHL inbox

Automated recalls, reminders, and NPS surveys rebuilt from Cliniq Apps

Lead Workflows / Funnels

PEA (Pre-Employment Assessments) lead workflows & funnels

HCP (Home Care Package) workflows

DT2 (Diabetes Type 2 program) workflows

NDIS Support Coordinator workflows

Service-specific funnels: Dietetics, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Group Programs

Payments & Finance

Stripe, AMEX, and PayPal integrated for pre-session/program payments

Test payment flows across funnels

Integrations

Nookal ? sync bookings & clinical data to trigger workflows

Google Workspace & Drive ? email, docs, storage connections

Synthflow AI ? phone call routing + GHL integration

You’ll also ensure GHL replaces:

Notion

Zoiper

Cliniq Apps

????????? Who We’re Looking For

Proven Go High Level setup experience (with portfolio/examples)

Strong automation and funnel-building skills

Experience integrating Stripe/PayPal/AMEX

Knowledge of healthcare or service-based industries = bonus

Ability to work independently, document processes, and train our VA team

Fully functioning GHL system ready for launch

Documentation/SOPs for VA/admin use

Test environment complete ? ensure no downtime when we cut over from old systems
