Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Casino Dealer Trainer, you will:

-Deliver professional, interactive training in major casino games (Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, Poker, etc.)

-Conduct live virtual training sessions using video conferencing platforms

-Create or adapt engaging instructional content and learning materials to support student success

-Assess student performance and provide constructive, actionable feedback

-Collaborate with the Academy’s leadership team to enhance training programs and maintain industry standards

-Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate international learners

Qualifications & Requirements

-Minimum 2 years of experience as a casino dealer and/or professional dealer trainer

-Strong knowledge of casino games, rules, and dealing procedures

-Excellent English communication skills (clear, professional, and engaging)

-Reliable internet connection, computer, and professional online presence

-Ability to work independently with discipline and strong time management

-Passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing talent in the gaming industry
