We’re looking for 10 experienced Insurance VAs who know how to close. This is an inbound campaign – warm, prequalified leads are transferred to you directly by our prequalification team. Your only job? Close the deal.

???? What You’ll Be Doing:

Take inbound transfer calls from interested and prequalified customers

Call duration is around 30–40 minutes

Focused on closing the sale — the faster you close, the more you earn!

? Requirements:

2+ years experience in insurance (required)

Strong sales skills and ability to close over the phone

Fluent in English with a clear speaking voice

Must be coachable, focused, and results-driven

???? Compensation:

$4/hour

$60 bonus for hitting 20 sales/week

Additional $60 bonus based on the conversion rate

Bi-weekly payments
