We’re Chris & Jo, property investors documenting our journey of buying and developing houses. We film our daily life — site visits, talking videos, and the funny ---------- nts in between — and we’re looking for a creative video editor to turn this footage into engaging reels + branded photo posts that grow our social media brand.

Budget: $320/month (fixed)
Workload: 5 reels + 2 branded photo posts per week (?28 posts/month)

What You’ll Do

Edit raw footage into 5 high-quality reels/week (CapCut Pro, Premiere Pro, or similar).

Add captions, music, transitions, and creative hooks (not just cut + paste).

Create 2 branded photo posts/week (we’ll provide the images — you just add text overlays/brand styling for consistency).

Help us establish basic brand guidelines for our content (consistent fonts, colours, captions, and overlays) during the first few weeks.

Deliver content within 48 hrs of us sending footage.

Keep our feed fun, engaging, and professional.

Requirements

Proven experience editing reels/TikToks/YouTube Shorts (portfolio required).

Strong eye for storytelling and pacing — able to pull engaging ---------- nts from casual daily clips.

Basic photo editing/graphic skills (branding consistency).
