Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to join our team. Your main responsibility will be to connect with warm leads, qualify them, and schedule appointments for our sales team. This is a remote position with flexible hours and performance-based bonuses.



Responsibilities:

Call or text potential clients from provided lead lists

Schedule appointments for closers/sales team

Maintain accurate records in CRM

Follow up with leads who have shown interest



Requirements:

Strong communication and people skills

Comfortable on phone and with text outreach

Organized, reliable, and self-motivated

Previous experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer service is a plus (not required)

Basic computer/CRM knowledge
