We run a vintage and antiques e-commerce business with stores on eBay, Etsy, and Chairish. We are passionate about unique items, accurate listings, and excellent customer experiences.

We are seeking a long-term Virtual Assistant who is highly detail-oriented, reliable, and accountable to help us with product listings and store management.

Responsibilities

Create accurate and optimized listings on eBay, Etsy, and Chairish.

Correct and relist older items (using “Sell Similar”) with updated details.

Cross-list products across platforms with consistency.

Enter item specifics (measurements, material, condition, style, origin) with 99–100?curacy.

Follow established SOPs/checklists with no skipped steps.

Flag missing information or unclear photos instead of guessing.

Daily reporting of completed tasks and flagged items.

Requirements

Previous experience with eBay, Etsy, or similar e-commerce platforms.

Strong attention to detail (accuracy is essential).

Excellent English reading/writing skills.

Proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel for data entry.

Willingness to work during US business hours (with at least 4 hours overlap).

Comfortable using time tracking software (Hubstaff/Time Doctor).

Ability to follow instructions and SOPs carefully.

Interest in vintage, antiques, or collectibles is a plus.

Compensation

Base: 30,000–35,000 PHP/month

Performance Bonus for:

Maintaining 99–100?curacy

Meeting daily quota of 20 listings (10 fixed + 5–10 new)

Zero major errors in a week
