JOB OVERVIEW

Our General Appointment Setter/ Virtual Assistant can do the following for you:

*Makes consistent follow-up with prospective renters, buyers and sellers
Facilitates online marketing (Trulia, Zillow, etc.)
*Receive incoming calls – this includes calls from your prospective clients or customers and set face to face appointments with you
*Makes outgoing calls– makes outgoing calls to predetermined leads or prospective clients to introduce them to you and your services and set up a face to face or call appointment or meeting.
*Data entry – Encoding or entry of data in your CRM is an additional duty of your appointment setter as he lists the appointments he has made throughout the day.
*Lead generation – This includes prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads. Follow-up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
