???? About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized Virtual Assistant to join our growing team at NW Pro Wash LLC. Your main job is to manage scheduling, CRM updates, and customer communication so our technicians can focus on the work in the field. This is a long-term role with growth opportunities.
???? Responsibilities
Schedule jobs daily (3–5 per day) based on location and workload.
Maintain daily sales goals:
$2,000 for solo tech jobs
$2,500 for lead + assistant jobs
$1,000 for the owner’s truck (half-day work)
Reschedule jobs for weather or conflicts, notify customers of changes.
Keep Google Calendar + CRM synced (color-coded for each worker).
Update CRM (Markate) with notes, job status, and client details.
Process and send invoices (ensure accuracy, tax box checked).
Follow up on overdue invoices.
Respond to Google reviews.
Email
Track payroll (later stage).

? Requirements
Strong English communication skills (written + spoken).
Previous VA experience (scheduling, CRM, or admin work preferred).
