WordPress Video Editor + YouTube/Social Media VA

I run a WordPress-focused YouTube channel and blog. I’ll provide raw video recordings. I need a Video Editor with WordPress expertise who can turn these into professional, engaging tutorials, optimized for YouTube and social media.

Responsibilities:
Edit raw WordPress tutorial videos (cuts, transitions, captions, intro/outro, background music).
Add on-screen highlights (arrows, zooms, text) to emphasize steps inside the WordPress dashboard.
Design YouTube thumbnails (Canva/Photoshop).
Upload and optimize videos for YouTube (titles, descriptions, tags, cards, chapters, end screens).
Repurpose tutorials into YouTube Shorts, Reels, and TikTok clips.
Cross-post video content to social media platforms.

Requirements:
Proven video editing experience (Premiere, Filmora, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
Hands-on knowledge of WordPress (so you understand what is being shown in tutorials).
Experience editing YouTube tutorials (preferably tech/software/WordPress).
Graphic design skills for thumbnails.
Familiar with YouTube SEO & content optimization.
Ability to create engaging short-form content from long videos.
