We are a fast-growing janitorial company delivering exceptional cleaning services with professionalism and reliability. As we expand, we need a fast-moving professional to take full ownership of our online presence, branding, digital marketing, and sales coordination.

Role Overview
This is a hands-on execution role for someone who can move quickly, work independently, and deliver results within 30 days. You will oversee SEO, Yelp, Google Business Profile, and social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) while also managing our website redesign, logo, and branding initiatives.
In addition, you will directly support sales by contacting leads, scheduling walkthroughs, and ensuring smooth coordination between prospects and sales staff.

Important:
*This position includes a 1-month probation period to evaluate fit and performance. Continuation beyond probation will be based on demonstrated results and cultural fit.
*Candidates must provide references from companies they have worked with previously.
*A portfolio of past work (websites, logos, social media accounts, ad campaigns, SEO results, etc.) is required to be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Branding
Optimize website and content for SEO and local search rankings.
Manage and optimize Google Business Profile and Yelp listings.
Create and manage content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Lead website redesign, logo creation, and branding guidelines.
Run and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and track ROI.

Sales Coordination & Lead Support
Contact inbound leads via phone, email, or social media.
Schedule walkthroughs and appointments for sales staff.
Maintain communication with prospects until handoff to sales.
Track leads and appointments in company systems and provide weekly reports.
Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments and improve conversion rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in SEO, digital marketing, and branding.
Strong knowledge of Google Business Profile and Yelp optimization.
Experience with social media management (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
Demonstrated ability to redesign websites and develop branding assets.
Experience running paid digital ad campaigns (Google & Meta Ads).
Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
Comfortable using Zoom for coordination and updates.
Proven ability to contact leads, schedule walkthroughs, and support sales staff.

Must provide:
References from past clients/employers confirming results.
A portfolio of past work (examples of websites, logos, branding, SEO rankings, social campaigns, or digital ads).

30-Day Probation Scorecard
The following deliverables must be achieved during the probation period to continue employment:

Week 1: Setup & Immediate Impact
Audit current website, SEO, and social media presence.
Claim/verify/update Google Business Profile and Yelp.
Create a content calendar for the next 30 days.
Publish at least 3 social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
Contact and schedule at least 2 walkthroughs for sales staff.

Week 2: Branding & Lead Coordination
Present website redesign plan (wireframe, structure, or first draft).
Deliver new logo/branding concept for review.
Schedule at least 3 additional walkthroughs for sales staff.

Week 3: Growth & Execution
Launch first phase of website redesign.
Publish at least 6 additional social posts.
Provide a performance report on SEO, social engagement, and ad results.
Schedule at least 4 more walkthroughs for sales staff.

Week 4: Results & Reporting
Launch redesigned website + logo/branding updates.
Finalize branding kit (logo files, brand colors, fonts, templates).
Provide a 30-day performance report on:
SEO progress (rankings, traffic trends).
Social media growth (followers, engagement).
Leads generated and walkthroughs scheduled.
Demonstrate a consistent pipeline of leads and smooth scheduling for sales.
