Part-Time Credit Repair Specialist / Team (Monthly Retainer)

We are seeking an experienced Credit Repair Specialist or small team to handle disputes on a part-time or retainer basis. Currently, our client volume is low, but we expect growth with a new partnership in progress.

Responsibilities

Initiate disputes with all three credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion)

File and follow up on disputes through the CFPB

Manage dispute workflows using DisputeFox

Send and track letters via LetterStream

Maintain clear and consistent communication on client progress

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on credit repair experience

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Proficiency with DisputeFox, CFPB portal, and LetterStream

Proven ability to manage ongoing disputes and follow-up rounds

Reliable and detail-oriented

Engagement

Part-time or monthly retainer basis

Flexible schedule with potential to increase workload as client base grows
