We're a boutique design studio working with clients in real estate, finance, SaaS, hospitality, and pharma across Europe. We create brands, websites, and campaigns that feel premium, strategic, and conversion-driven.

We’re now looking for a Web Developer to join our distributed team — someone who can take polished Figma designs and turn them into pixel-perfect, functional, and scalable websites across different platforms from Wordpress, Shopify, to Webflow.

What You’ll Do

Translate Figma designs into responsive websites (Webflow, Shopify, or custom code).

Implement front-end and back-end functionality where needed (PHP/JavaScript/MySQL).

Maintain and optimize existing client websites for performance, SEO, and reliability.

Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and project managers to bring projects to life.

Suggest technical solutions that balance performance, scalability, and client needs.

Requirements

5+ years experience in web development (front-end + back-end).

Strong skills in PHP, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.

Experience with Webflow and/or Shopify (bonus: WordPress, Framer).

Experience with MySQL, APIs, Git version control.

Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and deliver on deadlines.

A “clean code” mindset: you care about maintainability and long-term reliability.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

Familiarity with React, Vue.js, or Ionic.

Knowledge of SEO best practices.

Experience with animations, micro-interactions, or light motion work.

Comfort with integrations (Zapier, CRMs, payment gateways).
