Cold Email Specialist — Full-Time (Remote)

Join Our Group Building Multiple 7–8 Figure Brands & Agencies

We’re looking for a full-time Cold Email Specialist to build and run outbound systems across multiple brands and agencies in our group. You’ll be responsible for generating high-quality leads and booked calls using Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern cold email tools.

You’ll own the entire flow — from domain setup to prospecting to copywriting to reporting.

What You’ll Do:
• Set up and manage sending domains, inboxes, and deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warm-up)
• Build and enrich lead lists using Clay + LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Write, launch, and manage campaigns using Instantly or similar platforms
• Monitor performance (open rates, replies, meetings booked) and optimise continuously
• Report on weekly performance — we’re outcome-driven

Must-Have Experience:
• Proven success running cold email campaigns that convert (show us your numbers)
• Hands-on experience with:
• Clay
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Instantly (or Smartlead, Mailshake, Quickmail)
• Deliverability tools (Mailreach, Lemwarm, Postmaster, validation tools)
• Strong understanding of deliverability best practices — you know how to keep domains healthy
• Ability to write clean, effective outbound copy
• Comfortable working across multiple brands and ICPs
