Looking for a smart, reliable and long-term virtual assistant

I'm the founder of an international beauty and eCommerce brand, and I'm looking for a highly organized, efficient, and proactive virtual assistant to support me across different areas of the business.

This is a long-term role for someone reliable and detail-oriented who can take ownership of ongoing tasks, communicate clearly, and help keep things running smoothly without constant supervision.

The role involves a combination of eCommerce operations, admin, customer service, and content coordination. I’m looking for someone who can manage multiple responsibilities at once, follow through on tasks, and bring order and consistency into a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities include:
* Managing and updating Shopify products and store pages
* Coordinating with suppliers and service providers
* Tracking shipments and logistics
* Organizing files and documents
* Providing basic customer support (email, DMs)
* Managing calendar, scheduling, and follow-ups
* Supporting content and social media workflows (uploading materials, Canva edits, captions)
* Communicating and following up with influencers
* Maintaining basic financial organization, including invoices and expense tracking
* Assisting with personal tasks such as research, bookings, or form submissions

Requirements:

Excellent English (written and spoken)

Strong organizational and communication skills

High attention to detail and ability to multitask

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Comfortable with tools like Shopify, Canva, Google Workspace, and project management platforms

Willingness to occasionally join Zoom calls for explanations and follow-ups

Long-term availability for 4 to 8 hours per day

Experience with eCommerce or digital product businesses is an advantage.
