Graphic Designer

Merch Makers is seeking a Graphic Designer with strong illustration skills to create compelling designs for merchandise, apparel, and promotional products. This role emphasizes vector-based illustration and high-quality design tailored to influencer and brand merchandise.

The ideal candidate has a creative eye, a passion for design, and the technical ability to produce print-ready artwork that elevates both individual creators and major brands.


Key Responsibilities
• Create original illustrations and designs for apparel, accessories, and merchandise.
• Translate client and creator concepts into high-quality, production-ready artwork.
• Work primarily in vector graphics (Adobe Illustrator or equivalent).
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to ensure alignment on client needs.
• Adapt and revise designs based on client feedback and brand guidelines.
• Maintain consistency, accuracy, and quality across multiple projects and deadlines.


Qualifications
• Proven experience as a graphic designer or illustrator (portfolio required).
• Strong proficiency in vector graphics (Adobe Illustrator or similar software).
• Familiarity with preparing artwork for printing and production.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience in merchandise, apparel, or e-commerce design is a plus.
• Flexible working hours, with at least 2–3 hours overlap with US team preferred.
