Product-/Manufacturing Engineer to Develop innovative Bathroom Accessories from A-Z

We are a European bathroom brand that designs products together with their packaging. We care deeply about supply chain excellence, which includes smart packaging that stacks perfectly on Euro pallets and moves through our warehouses without waste. You will join a small distributed team with one Product Developer in China and one in the Philippines. There is no hierarchy in this team. You fully own your projects from idea to live production, with support from peers when you need it.

What you will do

Design products and packaging as one system for performance, safety, and warehouse efficiency

Define carton sizes that palletize cleanly and meet our storage rules

Drive projects end to end: concept, DFM, samples, pilot runs, release

Work directly with factories to solve issues fast and lock quality

Create clear specs, drawings, BOM, test plans, and packaging dielines

Maintain complete and accurate data in our product databases

Share progress regularly and ask for advice when it adds speed or quality


What you bring

Degree in engineering or strong equivalent experience

Skill with product development for manufacture and assembly

Understanding of packaging design, carton engineering, and pallet patterns

Confidence working with factories and suppliers

Clear written English and strong documentation habits

Proactive, self directed, and calm under pressure

Willingness to travel to China when needed

Proficient in Photoshop to do packaging designs
