We’re looking for a freelance Graphic Designer to support our busy training company to help us create our unique learning and marketing resources. This role is to support existing graphic design resource in the business to give us additional capacity, and has the potential to develop into a permanent position.

Your responsibilities would include:
• Designing and maintaining eye-catching graphics for our social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
• Creating on-brand visual assets including posts, stories, carousels banners and infographics.
• Supporting ad hoc design needs (presentation decks, proposals, marketing materials, digital ads etc)

To apply for this position, you should be …
• Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Especially a focus on Adobe Illustrator.
• A creative thinker with a good eye for design, layout, and typography.

• Creative thinking but able to follow clear instructions
• Able to work independently with good time management.
• Organised with good attention to detail.

For this role it’s essential that you have excellent written and verbal English communication skills

• Previous experience in social media and/or print design is desirable but not essential.
• Interest in learning design for training or education is a bonus!

This role is initially a freelance role with the potential to become a permanent member of our team on a part-time basis.

So that your working day overlaps with ours here in the UK, and is in line with our other colleagues based in the Philippines, you should ideally be available to work for us between 3pm and 9pm PST, however we can be flexible on this.
