Outbound Sales Associate

We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Associate responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth. The role involves prospecting and lead generation through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and other proactive methods. The Sales Associate will build relationships with potential clients, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings or demonstrations for the sales team. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to consistently meet activity and lead generation targets.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through cold calls, emails, and other outreach activities

Research and identify potential customers in target markets

Qualify leads and set appointments for senior sales staff

Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activities in CRM

Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation goals
