Facebook Ads Specialist & Creative Designer

We are a growing fashion dropshipping business looking for a Facebook Ads Specialist who is also skilled in creative design. The ideal candidate is experienced in designing high-converting creatives for fashion brands and managing CBO campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.

Responsibilities:
* Design engaging ad creatives (mainly in Canva) tailored for the fashion niche.
* Set up, launch, and optimize CBO campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.
* Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
* Ensure accuracy and attention to detail before campaign launches.
* Collaborate closely with our team to deliver consistent, high-quality results.

Qualifications:
* Proven experience with Facebook Ads for fashion dropshipping stores.
* Strong Canva design skills.
* Familiarity with CBO campaigns.
* Detail-oriented, creative, and results-driven.
* Reliable, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
