Social Media VA (Tiktok + AI Tools)

Looking for long term committed executor experienced in Social Media

Role:
Execute daily content tasks, reposting, and outreach using SOPs. Help post content and test angles at scale across platforms.

Core Responsibilities:
- Mass TikTok content testing (create, post, track results)
- Repost content across Instagram, YouTube, Threads, Facebook (per SOPs)
- Outreach to buy Instagram pages/accounts (research, contact, negotiate basics, document)
- Create simple graphics/thumbnails in Canva
- Generate/iterate creatives with AI (Midjourney, ChatGPT image gen, etc.)
- Split-test hooks/angles, titles, captions, and thumbnails
- Log results in Google Sheets; follow naming/filing SOPs
- Help automate parts of the workflow (templates, bulk upload, schedulers)

Must-Have Skills:
- Canva (fast, template-driven)
- Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Threads, Facebook (posting, hashtags, basics)
- Midjourney + ChatGPT image gen (prompting, upscales, variations)
- Basic video editing for short-form (CapCut or similar)
- Google Sheets (filters, basic formulas), Google Drive organization
- English: clear written communication
- Follows SOPs exactly; reliable, detail-oriented


Output/KPIs:
- Monthly views across all platforms
- Daily posts published per platform
