We’re Hiring: Virtual Assistant (E-commerce) for Optima Sport

Part-time (10–16 hrs/week) · Remote · With path to full-time

Optima Sport is a fastest-growing sports brands in Europe. We’re now looking to bring on an ambitious Virtural Assistant to help scale our operations and take ownership of growth-driving tasks.

Start date: As soon as possible
Time: Part time (10–15 hours/week), with potential to grow into full-time
Salary: $120–$300/month (depending on experience)

-- What You’ll Be Doing --

You’ll support our team with daily administrative tasks, starting with clear SOPs and processes. Typical tasks include:

- Influencer outreach & maintaining contact lists
- Updating affiliate partners and reports
- Uploading & maintaining products in Shopify (.com and .dk)
- Adjusting product images (basic editing)
- Collecting data for monthly reporting
- Researching potential new products and suppliers

- You’ve worked with a 7-figure+ Shopify DTC brand
- You’re detail-oriented and comfortable following SOPs
- You’re reliable and communicate clearly in English
- You enjoy working independently but know when to ask questions
