Virtual Employee / Customer Service & Daily Tasks of E-Commerce Business

We are a growing e-commerce business based in Europe, selling our own products on Amazon’s web sites in the USA and Europe. We are looking for a virtual employee to handle many of the daily tasks in our business and to be a key part of our team.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You must have perfect written English (no speaking required) and a deep desire to provide customers with a fantastic experience, even in difficult situations. You must also be willing to learn other skills in addition to customer service. These will include research, data entry, data analysis, marketing and other skills related to e-commerce and Amazon. You must have a very good understanding of virtual working, such as email, file storage, internet and computers in general, as well as the ability to learn new tools quickly.

All your tasks are learnable and we will provide all the training you need; your job is to have an open mind, a strong attention to detail, and enthusiasm towards learning and becoming an important part of our company.

We are looking for a long-term relationship, so if you’re a great fit you will have a job with us for as long as we are in business.

Any previous experience in the following are benefits, but not absolutely required:
• Customer Service (English, written/e-mail)
• Amazon
• E-commerce
• Data entry
• Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram…)
• Online marketing
• Gmail, Google Drive, LastPass, Skype, Slack, Aweber and other tools used in virtual work

HOURS:

• 30 hrs/week, with possible increase to 40 hrs/week after 2-3 months if you’re a great fit.
• WEEKENDS! We need you to check-in twice per day on Saturday and Sunday to reply to any new customer messages. These check-ins should happen at about 9 AM PHT and 9 PM PHT on both days, and they will take about 30 minutes each (total weekend work time = about 2 hours).
• Work hours Monday through Friday are negotiable, however the same check-in times as above (around 9 AM PHT and 9 PM PHT) apply also during the week.

SALARY:

• Starting salary is 11.000 PHP/month (30 day probation period)
• After the first month, salary will increase by 1.000 PHP per month until it’s 15.000 PHP in month 5.
• 13th month bonus
