PSD Photoshop to Wordpress Divi Website Development

We would like to hire a highly experienced web developer to convert around 12-13 Photoshop (PSD) mockup page designs to Wordpress website pages using the Divi Theme builder.

- Photoshop experience
- May need CSS/JS experience for slightly complex design elements
