JOB OVERVIEW

We are an ecommerce beauty brand looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is focused on providing excellent customer support via email, ensuring our customers feel valued and supported throughout their experience with us.

This position requires around 1 hour per day, typically split into two 30-minute sessions (morning and evening) to keep response times prompt and professional.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer daily customer emails in a friendly, empathetic, and professional tone.
Provide clear and helpful responses to questions about orders, shipping, and product use.
Use templates and brand guidelines while still personalising replies where appropriate.
Maintain a consistent and positive brand voice in all interactions.

REQUIREMENTS:
Strong written English communication skills.
Reliable internet connection.
Customer service or ecommerce support experience is a plus.
Ability to work independently and stay organized.

PAYMENT:
Starting at $7 USD per hour (approx. $210/month for 7 hours per week).
Opportunity to increase salary over time based on performance.
Potential to expand into wider responsibilities such as answering Instagram and >Facebook comments/DMs for the brand.
Paid weekly!

HOURS:
Flexible, but ideally 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening daily (Mon-Sun).
