We’re now looking for a Member Success & Lead Generation Coordinator to join our fast-growing team.
The Role
This role sits at the intersection of lead generation, member engagement, and CRM support. You’ll be responsible for:
- Lead Generation & Warm Calling Specialist (Consultative, No Hard Selling)
- Contacting people who registered interest via our
Nurturing these leads into booked calls and eventual memberships.

About You
We’re looking for someone who is both confident on the phone and skilled with digital tools:
- Excellent oral and written communication (clear, persuasive, professional).Experience with lead nurturing, telesales, or inside sales.

- Strong organisational and follow-up ability.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and train others on CRM systems.
- A proactive problem-solver who enjoys helping people succeed.
