Property In A Box (PIAB) is Australia’s leading property aggregation and technology company. We provide real estate agents, mortgage brokers, financial planners, accountants, and property advisors with access to 5,000+ live new property listings, world-class tech via our Fusion Property Portal, and a suite of marketing and support services that drive $30K–$80K commissions per deal.

We’re now looking for a Member Success & Lead Generation Coordinator to join our fast-growing team.

The Role

This role sits at the intersection of lead generation, member engagement, and CRM support. You’ll be responsible for:

- Lead Generation & Warm Calling Specialist (Consultative, No Hard Selling)

- Contacting people who registered interest via our Facebook campaigns but did not attend the live webinar.
Nurturing these leads into booked calls and eventual memberships.

- Email & CRM Marketing

- Running follow-up email campaigns (experience in Go High Level highly regarded).Managing automation flows and ensuring leads are nurtured effectively.


About You

We’re looking for someone who is both confident on the phone and skilled with digital tools:

- Excellent oral and written communication (clear, persuasive, professional).Experience with lead nurturing, telesales, or inside sales.

- Email marketing and campaign management skills (Go High Level, HubSpot, or similar).

- Strong organisational and follow-up ability.

- Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and train others on CRM systems.

- A proactive problem-solver who enjoys helping people succeed.
