We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Outbound Call Representative to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to initiate contact with potential clients, including property owners and investors, to generate leads and appointments for our sales and property management services.
 
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce ilookproperty's services.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales and property managers.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes.
- Collaborate with the sales and property management teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and integration.
- Provide feedback on the quality of leads and the effectiveness of campaigns.
 
Ideal candidate attributes:
- Proven experience in outbound calling or telemarketing, preferably in real estate or related industries.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to lead generation.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
