We’re My Derma Dream, a fast-growing beauty and skincare brand, and we’re looking for experienced outbound sales specialists to join our high-performance remote team.

This role is ideal for experienced phone sales agents who are consistent, confident, and ready to perform.

? What You’ll Do:

Make 300+ outbound calls daily (leads provided — no cold prospecting)
Follow up with warm leads who already showed interest
Offer custom skincare bundles and promote special offers
Use proven scripts (training provided), but bring your own energy and voice
Track daily results and aim to beat your best numbers

???? What We’re Looking For:

At least 1 year phone sales/telesales experience
Clear English communication and confident tone
Strong discipline, time management, and self-motivation
Comfortable with high call volume and fast-paced work
Stable internet connection + quiet workspace
